| SZ and HarryZTuner both "maxed out" the 740 cc injectors at around 530 rwhp on E-85. That equates to about 0.72 rwhp / cc of injector. Using that ratio, 850 cc injectors should max out at around 600 rwhp. This is a really crude way of finding the maximum power for a given injector size, but it should put you in the ballpark of predicting safe/reliable power on E-85. I'm certainly no expert. I agree with what most have said - it's a bad idea to run close to 100% duty cycle. And you would probably be better served with a BDE top-feed conversion if you really want to do it right. BDE 1300's (good for at least 850 rwhp on E-85), your current Walbro 485 fuel pump, Aeromotive FPR, and some quality fuel lines, and you would have one bad ass Z with those 2560's and full breather mods!
